LeBron had to okay the use of this technology at some point and that means that some other technologies may have been turned down in the process.Apparently Hyperfuse was also on the table for the previous Air Max LeBron release and it just didn’t make the cut.
Here are a few exclusive snaps of the sneaker which looks to be significantly more lightweight than the pair that hit retail. Could this have Nike Air Max 90 - Black Blue been the inspiration behind him releasing his Air Max LeBron 8 as a v1 and v2 model? After all the v2′s do feature a very lightweight upper that includes both Flywire and a material that almost feels like Hyperfuse underneath. Judge for yourself and let us know what you think.
